Dyno tuning is the foundation of Definitive Tuning and where it all started for us. As such we take great pride in having one of the few dedicated purpose built dyno cells in North America! Our dyno cell is designed with proper fresh air exchange, ventilation and air flow, sound insulated walls and high velocity fans for directing fresh air not only to your vehicle's intake system but through your radiators for both engine coolant and oil where applicable. This is critical to maintain proper and consistent temperatures for tuning and a feature that most dyno tuning shops do not possess. Combined with our highly reliable and consistent AWD Dynapack Chassis Dynamometer and our vast arsenal of tuning systems, tools and experience, you can rest assured that your vehicle will be properly tuned for optimal performance in a controlled and safe environment!

From late 2019+ BMW introduced a software update to lock out the ECU and prevent OBD flash effectively preventing us from tuning the ECU. Naturally the performance industry reacted and created hardware & software to unlock the ECU to once again, allow us the ability to do our thing! Although the tools are expensive and the ECU needs to removed from the vehicle, it's the price we must pay to play.
Definitive Tuning continues to be at the forefront of professional dyno tuning for BMW, Porsche, Subaru, Nissan / Infiniti & Honda. As such, we invested in the tools that enable us to perform this "ECU bench unlock" in-house so we can dyno tune same day as always without delay.
