Definitive Tuning was born from pure passion to embrace technology for extracting the utmost power and reliability from performance vehicles. Originally established by Mike to introduce professional dyno tuning and rental servicves north of the city (Toronto). The facility was purposefully fitted with nothing but the best AWD Dynapack dynamometer, a monster 60" 50,000 CFM cooling fan and all the most advanced tuning systems on the market.
As fate would have it Justin was looking to fulfill a life long dream of starting a business. The two already had a solid working relationship through performance tuning and inevitably decided to partner up to turn Definitive Tuning into the ultimate full service performance center and one stop shopping facility!

For over 14 years Definitive Tuning has served the automotive performance tuning world and built wonderful relationships with customers, suppliers and fellow motorsport enthusiasts. We lived our dream of building crazy fast cars and appreciate everyone for their loyalty and support over these many years. Where We Retired!
Covid hit and like all businesses, it was time to re-evaluate where we've been, what we've done and what we want to do moving forward. Today, we are back to strictly performance builds and dyno tuning specializing in our two favorite platforms, BMW & Subaru. Engine builds, turbo builds and of course dyno tuning! Our new facility is sized just right at approx 5,000 sqft providing efficient space for our dedicated dyno tuning cell, 3 hoists, tire machines, fabrication & welding rooms and a nicely renovated waiting room where dyno tuning is live streamed for comfortable customer viewing. Perhaps most importantly, we decided to keep things tight so all communication, services and pro-tuning are provided by the owners and partners in all things performance Mike & Justin. Down to earth and friendly life long car guys at your service!
Where We've Been
Go big or go home! We moved into a 10,500 sq. ft. facility with six generously spaced full size service bays, dedicated noise controlled dyno cell with fresh air exchange of 10 times per minute, dedicated clean room for engine builds and carbon fiber fabrication, work shop with various cutting, grinding machines and mig/tig welders. The facility is topped off with a spacious, inviting reception room where customers relax while we do what we do! Full performance car service & repair facility with licensed technicians a Service Manager and pro-tuning strictly by the owners Mike & Justin.
Where It All Started!
A small facility was originally set up strictly for professional dyno tuning with an AWD Dynapack Dyno and a large cooling fan. As we expanded into a full service performance center, the shop filled up quickly with performance cars, parts, engine builds, tire machines, seemingly never ending dyno tuning sessions and more challenging complete performance car builds!
